Monsoon today and Thunder/Lightning

July 31, 2011

Yes, 7/31/11 went out with a bang! Thunder and Lightning. The monsoon was heavy in the morning and gone in the afternoon. It was the weirdest solar graph I have seen in the whole time I have had solar. Very cool looking graph but not much output. At least I made over 650 kWh this […]

May 28th solar panel results

May 28, 2011

Yes, another day and another kilowatt. The solar almost got to 600 today, 594. I know I will be over 600 after today. Today is church BBQ day and we did have rain for an hour this morning from 5am to 6am. Perfect, the rain washed my solar panels for me. Good job! One less […]

Then another friend wanted to know more and I shared my blog site’s address. Going solar is spreading. That’s a good thing. […]

February 24, 2011

Here is the results from my solar panel system for Feb. 24th. Yes, it was cloudy and looked like rain most of the day.

Leaks and solar

January 10, 2011

When it rained for six days and my dining room was all wet, a call to my Sungevity rep and within 30 minutes they were here with a roofer to check it all out. Nobody knew if it was a pipe leak, the solar installation or underground. The water flooding company wanted $500 to get […]

291 was the final total for December

December 31, 2010

I was close at 300, but 291 is not bad for such a cloudy month with so much rain. Who knew there would be six days of rain? Not me. Here is the information on the website of the Kaco Inverter. Happy New Year! Shine on!

Merry Christmas and sunshine in California all day

Yes, it was sunny all day yesterday, just as all the company was gone, we had sun all day. December 24th was beautiful! The snow on the mountains is so pretty today. It let the ground dry up and things are getting back to normal around here. Here is the graph of December 24th to […]
